He previously served as Vice President of International Marketing for USANA Health Sciences which grew from $120 million to $270 million during Brett’s five and a half years leading marketing. Brett managed strategic planning, public relations, product management, sponsorships, and business marketing, and served as General Manager of the company's
Prior to USANA, Brett was a marketing executive at Frito-Lay, Inc. where he was part of the New Ventures Group that re-launched Cracker Jacks in 1997. While at Frito-Lay he launched more than six new products on the $2 billion plus, Lay's Potato Chips brand. He also served as the Director of Marketing for B2B internet travel software provider, Xtra On-Line, Inc. and as Director of Marketing Communications for Melaleuca Inc., a $600 mm direct selling company.

Mr. Blake has served as the Chairman of the Utah State Special Olympic Summer Games. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Brigham Young University's Alumni Association, delegate to the World Anti-Doping Agency Symposium on Supplements and Sport; and as a Board of Director for the following organizations: the Eastern Idaho Better Business Bureau, the BYU College of Nursing Advancement Board, the Utah Valley State College Direct Selling Alliance, and the Frisco Project for the Future. Brett Blake earned the rank of Eagle Scout and served a volunteer two-year mission in Washington D.C. He is the father of four and has been married to his wife Erin for 17 years.
Brock Blake Brock leads the strategy and execution of the FundingUniverse team. His number one goal is to make the angel investing industry more efficient by increasing the amount of deals done across the nation. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and angel investing and is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars across the nation.
At age 24, he was recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of the Top 40 Under 40 business professionals in Utah. In addition, he joined an elite group of venture entrepreneurs when his peers selected him to vSpring Capital’s v100 list. In 2005, Mr. Blake was also honored as a member of the Junto Partners group of entrepreneurs. Previous to his position at Funding Universe, he served as CEO of KnowMarketing, LLC, a disruptive web-based referral incentive program.
Brock currently serves on several advisory boards including Gifts that Lift, Rahster.com, and Weber State University’s Entrepreneurial Society. He graduated from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management in Entrepreneurial Finance and played semi-professional soccer for the BYU Cougars. Brock is happily married with one child.
Brady R. Blake is currently an Associate Brand Manager for Wal-Mart in Bentonville, AR. Prior to joing Wal-Mart, Brady was an active partner in Blake Capital and has more than seven years experience as a business development advisor for the Ford Motor Company in Michigan, Los Angeles and Northern California. He led his region to be the 2nd highest producing in the nation, and worked day-to-day with Ford Franchise owners to help them increase profitability in each of their dealerships.
Brady has been an award winning leader in the Ford Motor Company. He has personally led Ford Franchisers from last in the nation, to the top quartile ranking in customer service and satisfaction. He achieved 120% then 240% of his profit objectives when he managed his own region in Northern California and was promoted to Business Development Manager where he developed and implemented a training program for Fords zone managers, and was responsible for overall profit growth for one of the company's key regions.
Brady is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, and Eagle Scout and fluent in Spanish. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Saint Mary's College, in Moraga, California majored in Public Relations and Business Management at Brigham Young University where he served as Student Body Vice President and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts.
